Frequently Asked Questions
What forms of therapy are offered at FOH?
We offer individual, couples, or family sessions for mental health counseling.
Do you have therapists that work with children and adolescents?
Yes, we do.
Do you take insurance?
All of the therapist at FOH are private pay, meaning we do not bill insurance. However, we can provide a super bill for clients to obtain insurance reimbursement. Insurance reimbursement varies with the individuals specific plan.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and credit cards, including Health Savings Visa.
How much does a session cost?
Each therapist has their own pay scale, but sessions range between $90-$120.
How long is a session?
Each session is 45-50 minutes.
How do I schedule an appointment?
After looking at our counselors bios on the “our counselors” page, choose who you would like to see, and contact them using their email or phone number. Allow 24 hours for counselors to respond.
Is there anything I need before my first session?
We ask that you download the intake form from the website, fill it out, and bring it with you to your first appointment. Or you may arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the form before your scheduled appointment. You can find the intake form on the “New-client Resources” page.
Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes, our therapists offer both in-person and telehealth appointments.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
FOH counselors understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly that require an individual to cancel their appointment. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means if you are unable to keep your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. This allows the counselor enough time to fill that time slot with another client so that the counselor gets paid for their time and another client gets scheduled. If less than 24 hours notice is given, there will be a charge for the session missed.
