Life is filled with many different seasons. Sometimes those seasons can be painful and challenging. If you find yourself hurting or feeling overwhelmed and needing someone to objectively walk alongside of you, I would be honored to be that someone.
I am passionate about helping people who are in difficult seasons of life whether it be the loss of a loved one, marital issues, depression, anxiety, parenting or adjusting to new phases in life. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families.
It takes courage to reach out for help and want to grow in the present and heal from the past. Contact me and let’s begin a season of healing.
